Intelligent Litigation Management responds to clients’ litigation and regulatory needs using highly experienced litigation practitioners. The firm was founded by Nola Donachie, a litigation lawyer in Clifford Chance, one of London’s “magic circle” law firms, for 14 years. Conducting litigations and regulatory processes over a number of years, Nola witnessed first hand how many clients need support to meet the demands placed on them by litigation or regulatory process. Putting in place an effective management structure is key to ensuring cost control and putting the client in the best possible position to secure a successful outcome.

► The hands-on, tailored support offered by Intelligent Litigation Management is not available to a client organisation through the traditional law firm – client model. Law firms are set up to work externally to the client, and information generally flows through a series of ad hoc meetings and email communications, often conducted by junior, relatively inexperienced lawyers.

► Our approach counters many of the inefficiencies inherent in that way of working. Based on their substantial experience gained within private practice, our consultants are uniquely placed to understand how to streamline and keep control of the process. We are prepared to roll our sleeves up and work alongside clients to deliver what is needed, helping the process to run smoothly and delivering results more quickly and in a cost controlled way.

Nola Donachie has a First Class law degree from the London School of Economics and a First Class Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Cambridge, where she was a full British Academy Scholar. Nola was also awarded a distinction from the University of Strasbourg for an Advanced French Legal Studies Diploma and a further distinction from the College of Law.
